BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Jan. 16 to Jan. 19, 2018:
• Erik S. Hebert, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Adam M. Marchand, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest of detention (refusal to stop), operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol), and theft by unauthorized use of property.
• Joshua A. Polewarzyk, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation with prior offense.
• James R. Lamb, 40, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with prior offense.
• Cory Allyn, 32, of Buxton, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Michael A. Walker, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violatiung conditions of release.
• Mustafa A. Hamdi, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.
• Lori A. Raybine, 52, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Timothy J. DePalmer, 51 of Westbrook, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.
• Dennis J. Phillipo, 40, a transient, was arrested for eluding an officer, violating conditions of release, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and an outstanding warrant.
• Devin M. Ouelette, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• James K. Hood, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Eric F. Leclair, 37, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Jennifer J. Laptewicz, 28, of Topsham, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Jason M. Bracy, 35, of Wells, was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.
• Donald M. Moulton, 60, of Biddeford, was arrested for doemstic violence assault.
• Marcy M. Tremblay, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for assault.
