BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Feb. 20 to Feb. 25, 2018:

• Miles P. Lamensky, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Kimberly S. Egna, 55, of Windham, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Rikki L. White, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for misuse of identification, violating conditions of release and theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property.

• Alexander M. Kaminsky, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

• Troy N. Tanguay, 19, of Gorham, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, possessing a suspended driver’s license, violating conditions of release, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphenalia with intent to use.

• Natalie A. Hilsinger, 48, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.

• Wendy L. Winship, 42, of Standish, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). 

• Niki Lee Rose, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Tracy P. Shaw, 45, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and violating conditions of release.

• Caroline H. Schoenbucher, 21, of Barrington, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Jeremy S. Henderson, 32, of Buxton, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Carlos Vasquez-Zarate, 47, of South Portland, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.

• Kelsie M. Fitch, 25, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Zepnep B. Yurtsever, 22, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Tyler M. Larochelle, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.  

• Elizabeth M. Pease, 34, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

• Amanda Spilman, 32, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
