
She was born Nov. 18, 1917 in Parsonsfield, daughter of George and Almira (Wilson) Marston. For over 30 years, Clara was a mail carrier for the USPS. She was an avid outdoors gal. She loved to hunt, fish, snowmobile and camp. She and her husband, Walter, went on a memorable 16-week camping adventure to Alaska. She enjoyed her gardens and preserving all of her crops at harvesting time. Clara was an incredible cook.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Rand, in 2012. She is survived by her son, Stephen Rand and his wife Shirley of Wells; her daughter Carole Lamb and her husband Richard of Acton; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
An hour of visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018 followed by a funeral at 11 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home, 26 Market St., North Berwick, Maine. Spring interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Berwick, Maine.
