WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from March 27 to April 2, 2018.
• Christopher Hemsath, 30, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense following a traffic stop on Allen Road. He was unable to post the required bail amount and was remanded to the York County Jail.
• Herbert Bee, 68, of Wells, was issued a summons for allowing a dog to be at large following a citizen complaint on North Berwick Road.
• Cara Solomon, 35, of Portland, was issued a summons for permitting the display of a false registration validation device following a traffic stop on Sanford Road.
• David Bouldry, 69, of Sanford, was issued a summons for failure to make an oral or written accident report following an investigation into a traffic crash.
• Shawn Pinheiro, 37, of Wells, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release. Bail was not allowed and Pinheiro was remanded to the York County Jail.
