BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from April 7 to April 12, 2018:

• Veronica L. Bouthot, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for two counts of burglary and burglary of a motor vehicle.

• Arthur J. White III, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Maurice Diggins, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

• Ryan S. Palardy, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

• William S. Conley, 58, of Biddeford, was arrested for burglary.

• Christopher R. Emerson, 18, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Travis D. Wakefield, 27, of Lyman, was issued a summons for theft of services.

• Michael Chaney, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Shane P. Carr-Robida, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for two counts of violating conditions of release.

• Ronald F. Pevear, 45, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and an outstanding warrant.

• John R. Jalbert, Jr., 32, of Sanford, was arrested for aggravated assault and criminal mischief.

• Steven M. Lamirande, 36, of Saco, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order and violating conditions of release.

• Shannon L. Lucier, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.

• Tabitha L. Leblanc, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.

• Sean D. Sedore, 24, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Trevor B. Robertson, 28, of Portland, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.

• Kimberly D. Bernier, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for being a habitual motor vehicle offender.

• Emil H. Girard, 18, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Robert W. Hampton, 46, a transient, was arrested for an oustanding warrant and a probation hold.

• Kelly R. Donnelly, 23, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
