WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from May 15 to May 21.

• Robert Pothier, 59, Leominster, Massachusetts, turned himself in on an active arrest warrant charging two counts of unlawful sexual contact at 12:25 p.m. on May 15.

• Janice Clark-Whitney, 58, of Sanford, was arrested and charge with operating under the Influence at 10:41 p.m. on May 16.

• James Hartwell, 75, of Yonkers, New York, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 9:57 p.m. on May 16.

• Michael Bouchard, 61, of Wells, was issued a summons for operating while license was suspended at 12:02 p.m. on May 17.

• Raymond Falzone, 63, of Arundel, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at 11:17 p.m. on May 18.

• Linda Gary, 57, of Dover Foxcroft, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle greater than 150 days at 10:22 p.m. on May 18.

• William Fanning, 61, of Wells, was arrested and charged with failure to register a vehicle greater than 150 days and violating conditions of release at 2:40 p.m. on May 18.

• Brian Dowler, 38, of Wells, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release and violation of a protective order at 7:05 p.m. on May 18.

• Dana Johnson Jr., 49, of Wells, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault at 9:07 p.m. on May 19.

• Jeffery Johnson, 51, of Wells, was issued a summons for assault at 9:07 p.m. on May 19.

• Stephanie Shaw, 45, of Saco, was arrested and charged with operating under the Influence at 1:45 a.m. on May 19.

• Chantel Brousseau, 46, of Wells, was issued a summons for operating under the influence at 6:33 p.m. on May 19.

• Jordan Roy, 20, Ogunquit, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and minor consuming liquor at 10:48 p.m. on May 21.

• Anthony Cole, 38, a transient, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant charging failure to appear at 1:08 p.m. on May 21.
