STANDISH — The Massabesic boys lacrosse team will likely host a Class A South playoff game after the Mustangs picked up an exciting 8-7 win over host Bonny Eagle on Wednesday.
Garrett Stubbs scored three times including the game-winner with just eight seconds left to help the Mustangs end the regular season with an 8-4 record.
Bonny Eagle was led by Anthony Breton and Alex Dyer with three goals each.
Massasbesic goalie Evan Foglio stopped 13 shots in the cage, while Bonny Eagle’s Cole Sullivan made nine saves.
