KENNEBUNK — The No. 1 Kennebunk girls lacrosse team rolled to a 16-6 win over No. 4 South Portland in the Class A South semifinals on Saturday.
Erin Gorton led the way for Kennebunk with five goals. Emily Archibald added four goals and Brie Beaudette scored three times.
The Rams, who held an 11-3 halftime lead, also got two goals from Hallie Schwartzman and both Tiernan Connor and Liz Kiezulas scored once.
Kennebunk will host No. 2 Massabesic — which beat No. 3 Thornton Academy 9-5 in the other semifinal — at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
