BIDDEFORD — Motorists in Biddeford should be aware of changes in downtown traffic as a result of the La Kermesse Festival’s Block Party on Thursday evening and into Friday afternoon.
The block party will be at the corner of Water and Main Streets.
As of 7 a.m. Thursday, Biddeford Police have restricted access to Water Street from Pike Street to Maine Street.
Police say that Water Street will reopen to traffic by 3 p.m. Friday.
