WELLS — Sea-Vu Campground on Route 1 will have its annual David F. Talevi Memorial Ride on Aug. 14. The ride consists of a 12-, 24- or 36-mile ride for adults with a 5-mile fun ride for kids. The registration fee is $25 for adults and the first 50 people to register will receive a DFT Foundation T-shirt. Proceeds from events hosted during the summer are used as donation to various causes. In the past the DFT Foundation has donated to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society and the Center for Grieving Children, as well as many other local charities.
