From the Journal Tribune: “Members of the Biddeford and Saco fire departments were called Tuesday to a reported structure fire at the Maine Energy Recovery Company on Lincoln Street. According to fire officials, a small fire occurred in the primary shredder of the incineration facility. A blast was heard minutes before the call.”
