I am writing to support Martin Grohman for re-election as state representative. Marty has represented Biddeford in a positive and professional manner. He has supported our community and schools by casting an important vote to bring new education funding to Biddeford.
He’s been an unusually effective first-term legislator, passing two bills under his sponsorship. One allows low-income people to finance heat pumps on their electricity bill, and the other cleared up requirements to enable police from different cities and counties to work together. This important piece of legislation will also allow our school resource officers to accompany students to out-of-town athletic contests and proms, helping keep our students safe and protected.
