WELLS — The Wells Harbor Boat Launch Ramp will double in size with a grant from the state of Maine and funding from the Town of Wells. The construction will commence Monday and last for about three to four weeks. During the construction period, the boat launch ramp will be closed to the public for launching and hauling out boats.
