From the Biddeford-Saco Journal: “A Biddeford man, Faldora Lariviere, 58, pleaded guilty to a charge of intoxication and was fined $10 in York County Superior Court yesterday. Justice Harold J. Rubin granted a dismissal to Lariviere for a charge of drunken driving on the grounds that the state had been unable to prove operation.”
