At 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23 presenter Joy Watts will discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet.
Watts is a resident of Kennebunk, pursuing her passions for wellness and natural healing through her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also works under Dr. Tony Lebro at A Lebro Center for Well Being, located in Kittery.
Her strong beliefs in the benefits of plant-based eating are a culmination of her care for both the planet and healthy living. Joy finds delight in cooking for her friends and family, as well as exploring and creating new and fun recipes. She looks forward to spreading awareness of the beauty of sourcing our food from the earth, what this lifestyle can do for your well being, and holding space for an engaging discussion.
This program is free and wheelchair accessible. The Kennebunk Free Library is located at 112 Main St. in Kennebunk, Maine.
