On Friday, Nov. 2, from 6 to 9 p.m., York County Community Action Corporation will host its 4th Annual YCCAC Fall Ceilidh and Silent Auction at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Road, South Berwick.
The event benefits York County Community Action Corporation, which provides services across York County.
Ceilidh, pronounced Kay-lee, refers to a Scottish or Irish gathering where guests join in traditional dress, music, dance, food and drink.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children (age 5 to 16), and free for the ‘wee ones (4 and under). Tickets may be purchased online at https://yccacfundraiser.com/page.php?groupingID=online_payment
Music this year will be provided by Junior Stevens & Friends — one of the foremost exponents of the Concertina and Button Accordion in the Irish style.
