SANFORD — A 21-year-old Brook Street man was arrested by Sanford Police on Friday, March 7 and charged with theft of a firearm and two counts of burglary after police reportedly found a stolen handgun during the execution of a search warrant at his home.
Bran-don Ogan was arrested after police found a handgun they say was stolen from a vehicle on Bethany Drive March 8, said Deputy Police Chief Tim Strout.
Ogan was also charged with burglary in connection with break-ins at the Third Alarm Diner on Washington Street April 21 and June 7.
Ogan was taken to York County Jail where he is held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.
