The incident took place around 3:15 p.m. Monday.
The two victims were taken to hospital for evaluation, treated and released, said York County Sheriff William King.
The sheriff said after an investigation, Deputy Jason Solomon arrested Joseph A. Bagdanovich Jr., 19, of Limerick. He was charged with burglary and faces two counts of assault and criminal mischief.
King said a juvenile accomplice was issued a summons charging burglary, assault and criminal mischief. He was released to the custody of his parents.
The sheriff said the alleged assault was over an unspecified prior disagreement.
While the juvenile male being assaulted, King said, his sister tried to intervene and was beaten “similarly, with fists and feet.”
Bagdanovich was taken to York County Jail, where bail was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to make an initial court appearance today by video link to Springvale District Court from the jail.
