BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 8 and March 14.

• Eddie G. Santana, 30, was arrested on a probation revocation warrant. He was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred on March 8. 

• Sharon L. Race, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault, sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release stemming from an earlier incident at the Sleepy Hollow Motel on March 8. She was transported to the county jail.

• Adam Cotsis, 30, of Biddeford, was stopped on Elm Street and cited for operating with an expired license on March 8.

• Michael Couture, 23, of Limington, was stopped on West Street and cited for operating with a suspended license on March 9.

• Anthony V. Reid, 34, of Biddeford, was stopped and arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines for operating with a suspended license on March 9. He was also summonsed for a new charge on the same violation.

• Sarah Martin, 30, of Biddeford, was cited and summonsed for driving to endanger following two calls to police regarding aggressive driving — including driving in the breakdown lane, speeding and giving a brake check — by both her and another party on March 9. Police found Martin’s version left out a significant portion of the story and she was summonsed.

• Amethyst L. Townsend, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence following reports of a motor vehicle accident involving a severed Central Maine Power pole in the area of Wilcox Pond on West Street on Friday. Townsend tested .20 on a breath-alcohol test. She was also summonsed for operating with a suspended license.

• Jason F. Golden, 39, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear after a noise complaint was called in at his residence on Friday.

• Seth A. McDonough, 25, was summonsed for disorderly conduct after police responded to his Bradbury Street apartment for a loud party complaint on Friday.

• Brandee A. Lewis, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants and transported to the York County Jail on Saturday.

• Heather M. Miller, 33, of Waterboro, was arrested for violating conditions of release after registering .24 on a breath-alcohol test. Miller was transported to the county jail.

• Heath B. Chandler, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested for shoplifting at Hannaford. He was transported to York County Jail on Saturday.

• Alicia M. Santamore, 33, of Biddeford, was stopped for a vehicle defect and arrested on warrants on Saturday. Upon a search, police discovered scheduled drugs and charged Santamore with the violation.

• Kennith E. McQueen, 29, of Saco, was arrested on outstanding warrants for theft and failure to appear after reporting he had seen a local juvenile shoplifting on Sunday. He was taken to the county jail.

• Michael R. Martineau, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants on Monday. Martineau was transported to YCJ.

• Shayna L. Kimball, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing after an incident on St. Mary’s Street on Tuesday. She was transported to YCJ.
