Meditation Group at Wells Public Library, Monday, Jan. 28 at noon.

Are you new to meditation? Or perhaps you’re already meditating and looking to deepen your practice? Practitioners of all backgrounds and skill levels are welcome at the  monthly Meditation Group.

Meditation and mindfulness expert Cindy Simon will lead a group in meditative practice, focusing on relaxing imagery, deep stillness and quiet, and positive affirmations.

This free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Wells Public Library.

The Wells Public Library is located at 1434 Post Road in Wells.
