BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Jan. 14 to Jan. 22:
• A juvenile, 14, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for the sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
• Mark R. Mullins, 38, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• Hunter W. Beyea, 21, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Mustafa A. Abdulhay, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Mark A. Dubois, 58, of Biddeford, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop).
• Killian P. Morrison, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for failure to stop for officer and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcool).
• Bertin Ivyizavyose, 23, of South Portland, was issued a summons for motor vehicle speeding (more than 30 mph over the speed limit).
• Dana S. Lamson, 26, of Saco, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).
• Dylan S. Merritt-Young, 27, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle and violating condition of release.
• Christopher J. Dunlop, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).
• Christian T. Cunningham, 25, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• A juvenile, 15, of Biddeford, was arrested for unauthorized dissemination of private images.
• Kristalynn J. Talmer, 38, of Saco, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.
• Todd W. Merchant, 37, of Garland, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Nicole J. Pelletier, 34, of Lyman, was issued a summons for violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Kyle M. Kraus, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Darren M. Levasseur, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana by a person under 21 years old.
• Abigail E. Wall, 26, of Acton, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Jacek B. Mozdzynski, 68, of Arundel, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Jordan A. Washburn, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, failure to register motor vehicle, and operating motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• David B. Littlefield, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).
• William B. Dyment, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Joshua P. Anderson, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
• Angela Sawyer, 37, of Sanford, was arrested for probation hold.
• Jason A. Trickett, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and being a fugitive from justice.
• Robin M. Mitch, 54, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for leaving scene of motor vehicle accident.
• Tonya C. York, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating condition of release.
• Gage J. Frates, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusal to stop) and violating condition of release.
