Once again this year, the York County Republican Committee will be collecting new, unwrapped toys, cash and gift cards for Toys for Tots.
Beginning Oct. 8 and continuing through Nov. 4, items can be dropped off at the Republican Headquarters at 10 Main St., Kennebunk, Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Carol Lombard from York County South Toys for Tots will be on hand at the YCRC monthly meeting on Nov. 12 at the York County Courthouse in Alfred to accept the donations and sign up volunteers to assist with the distribution of gifts. Final donations will be accepted at the meeting.
Anyone who would like to support the effort is invited to stop by the Republican Headquarters with a donation for the Toys for Tots bin.
