BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from March 12 to March 18:
• Ryan J. McKee, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for a probation hold, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Tyler P. Goulden, 24, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Armand A. Bolduc, 72, of Biddeford, was arrested for failing to register a motor vehicle, violating a condition of release, operating a motor vehicle after a habitual offender revocation, and theft by receiving stolen property.
• Thomas E. Humphrey, 73, of Sanford, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
• Bertin Ivyizavyose, 23, of South Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• April D. Meserve, 35, of Augusta, was issued a summons for aggravated forgery.
• Alexis M. Lambert, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for falsifying physical evidence, an outstanding warrant, theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Kristen S. Haycock, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Joshua R. Fancy, 29, of Saco, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
• Frank D. Spinale, 58, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for permitting unlawful use.
• Robert L. Hall, 52, of Shapleigh, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after a habitual offender revocation.
• Janis M. Caruso, 51, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.
• Joseph J. Kimball, 19, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating a condition of release.
• Rhonda D. Audette, 56, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Damien M. Tillman, 28, of Portland, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Henry Verduzco-Prado, 25, of South Portland, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Dennis P. Farrell, 38, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for driving a motor vehicle to endanger.
• Perry V. Aberle, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).
