WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between June 21 and June 27:
• Shannon Nicol, 38, of 6 Acorn St. Apt. C, Sanford, was summonsed for operating under the influence stemming from a motor vehicle crash on Crediford Road on Aug. 3, 2016 at 10 a.m. June 21. She was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Jessica Niles, 26, of 1281 North Berwick Road, Wells, was arrested for domestic violence assault after a report of a disturbance on Littlefield Road at 9:12 a.m. June 22. Niles posted the cash bail and was released. She was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
• Franklin Emmons, 24, of 32 Hobson Lane, Wells, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Biddeford District Court charging failure to appear at 10:17 a.m. June 23. Emmons posted $100 cash bail and was released.
• Nicholas Smith-Dobson, 30, of 456 Jim Grant Road, Lebanon, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license at 4:32 p.m. June 23. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Caitlin Ethier, 29, of 134 Woodcrest Circle Apt. D, Chicopee, Massachusetts, was summonsed for failure to register a vehicle after a traffic stop for speed on Port Road at 9:13 a.m. Saturday. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Christian Ness, 46, of 18 Raegens Way, Wells, was arrested on two outstanding warrants from Alfred Superior Court for failure to pay fines at 9:23 p.m. Saturday. Ness was held without bail on a probation revocation and was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred.
• Daniel Wilcox, 27, of 15 Glen Circle, Wells, was arrested on probable cause from the Gorham Police Department for domestic violence assault at 10:32 p.m. Saturday. Custody was transferred to the Gorham Police Department at a later time.
• Stephanie Bineau, 43, of 9 Sarah Lane, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Port Road at 8:07 a.m. Sunday. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Ruchika Gupta, 42, of 666 Main Ave. Apt. 204, Norwalk, Connecticut, was summonsed for criminal speeding (traveling more than 30 M.P.H. over the speed limit) following a traffic stop on Port Road at 7:02 p.m. Monday. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
