
Kay was born in Biddeford at the old Webber Hospital, the daughter of Clinton and Violet Hamilton Mewer.
Kay was predceded in death by: her parents; her husband; her sister, Shirley Tanner; and brother, Roland Mewer.
She is survived by: her sister, JoAnne Mewer Pritchard; sister-in-law, Phylis Williams; daughter, Beverly Hall and husband, James; her two beloved grandchildren, Andrew Jason and Catherine A.; daughter, Becky Spear; and many loved cousins, nieces, nephews and many more friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at the Faith Chapel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 46 Cleveland St., Saco, Maine.
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made in Kay’s memory to be used for the church’s hearing impaired system. Donations can be sent to Faith Chapel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, P.O. Box 1298, Saco, ME 04072.
