KENNEBUNK — Learn about the ancient and modern day healing and medicinal properties of teas with Cindy Simon (NCC, RMT) at Kennebunk Free Library on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 6 p.m.
Attendees will create and take home three types of teas meant for uplifting, relaxing, and healing (for pain and digestive issues).
Teas have been used to assist in treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, arthritis, digestive problems, boosting immunity, alleviating headaches, and for calming and energizing.
Cindy is a community educator, wellness coach, counselor, writing coach, as well as a freelance writer and published author. She truly hopes to inspire individuals of all ages to find deep relaxation through yoga, meditation and energy work. Cindy is passionate about leading people to their healthiest lifestyles and mentoring them in how to maintain such mind-body-spirit health day to day.
This class has limited space so please register at 985-2173. All supplies are provided free of charge.
