Meghan Kelley of Falmouth won the 14-year-old division at the United States Tennis Association New England junior sectional championships at New Haven, Conn. Kelley, the No. 1 seed, beat third-seeded Lexi Milunovich of New Canaan, Conn, in the championship match. Kelley reached the final without losing a set.

Lester Doucette used a 7-iron to ace the 147-yard fourth hole Sunday at Nonesuch River Golf Club. The shot was witnessed by George Beattie, Bruce Dunphy and Kip Wiley.

Charlie Marchese hit a hole-in-one June 30 on the 13th hole at Dunegrass Country Club. He used a 6-iron for the 165-yard shot.

Joel Hawkes got his fifth career hole-in-one last weekend at Sable Oaks. He used a pitchig wedge on the 130-yard eighth hole. Witnesses were John Hardy, Paul Robinson and Mike Dube.
