BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from May 10 to May 13:
• Bernard A. Larose, 59, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for land development regulations (timber harvesting).
• Reginald Gilbert, 65, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating a condition of release.
• Antonio F. Palestini, 38, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license, violating a condition of release, and operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.
• Nicholas J. Blunier, 29, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Tracey A. Bickford, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release.
• Scott M. Fogg, 46, of Madbury, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Antonio F. Palestini, 38, of Arundel, was arrested for violating a condition of release.
• Whitney T. Galeucia, 32, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drugs or combination).
• Tiffany A. Pelletier, 32, of Gorham, was issued a summons for the sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 54, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.
• Kennith E. McQueen, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault
• Jimmy Bresette, 43, of Westbrook, was issued a summons for assault.
• Michael T. Roseberry, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Linda M. Parsons, 65, of Limerick, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Kenneth E. Wildes, 29, of Cornish, was arrested for attaching false license plates, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate, failing to stop for a police officer, failing to register a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation.
• Breeana A. Mawhinney, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
