BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Sept. 29 and Oct. 3.

• A juvenile, 16, was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana on Maplewood Avenue on Sept. 29.

• Mitchell Lestage, 41, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of criminal mischief on Main Street on Sept. 29.

• Jason Sanchez, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Hill Street on Sept. 30.

• Skye Gosselin, 19, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct or loud unreasonable noise and allowing minors to possess or consume liquor on Arrowwood Drive. During the same incident Mercadies Trepanier, 20, of Biddeford, Tyler Gonzalez, 20, of Biddeford, Austin Huntley, 20, of Westbrook and Travis Levesque, 18, of Arundel were all summonsed on charges of minor consuming alcohol.

• Trevor Laroche, 39, of Arundel was summonsed on charges of driving to endanger on Elm Street on Sept. 30.

• Abigail Hayne, 20, of Parker, Colorado was summonsed on charges of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Winter Harbor Lane on Oct. 1. During the same incident Kayla Burgess, 21, of Kingston, Massachusetts was summonsed on the same charges, and Jennifer Knotek, 18, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of minor consuming alcohol.

• Leonard Bouchard, 42, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Boulder Way on Oct. 1. Nicole Lamothe, 35, a Lewiston transient, was summonsed on the same charges.

• A juvenile, 17, was summonsed on charges of assault and possession of marijuana on Alfred Street on Oct. 1.

• A juvenile, 16, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief and obstructing report of crime on Hill Street on Oct. 1. Michael Donahue, 20, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of criminal mischief during the same incident.

• Lorenze Labonte, 19, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana on Pool Street on Oct. 2.

• Tasha Cummings, 22, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating a vehicle without a license on Elm Street on Oct. 2.

• Brian Day, 41, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct on Hill Street on Oct. 2.

• Denise Ruel and Kenneth Marcotte, 49 and 54, respectively, were both arrested on arrest warrants and charges on drinking in public on Main Street on Oct. 3.

• Heather Hamilton, 38, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Prospect Street on Oct. 3.

• David Reali, 54, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrested warrant on Alfred Street on Oct. 3.

• Stormy Little, 27, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of drinking in public on Main Street on Oct. 3.

• Michael Messier, 24, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on South Street on Oct. 3.
