SANFORD — The following people have been arrested or summonsed by Sanford Police from Sept. 29 to Oct. 5:
• Jordan Graham, 29, 13 Barberry St, Hooksett, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with burglary on High Street on Sept. 29.
• Tracie L. Daney, 43, 1 East St., Apt. B, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence at the intersection of Lebanon Street and Welch Lane on Sept. 30.
• Ashlee E. Godin, 29, 15 Breton Ave., was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release on Main Street on Sept. 30.
• Nicholas A. Ellis, 34, 29 Thompson St., Apt. A was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 1 on Thompson Street.
• Philip R. Fife, 29, 41 Fife Lane was arrested and charged with violating a protective order on Main Street Oct. 1.
• Jaffar Hakeem Downie, transient, Portland, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street on Oct. 3.
• Molly Mugford, 24, 180 Brown St., was issued a summons charging she left the scene of a property damage accident at the intersection of Main and Emerson streets Oct. 3.
• William Thomas Hawker, 31, 187 High St., Apt. A., was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on High Street on Oct. 4.
• Marissa Pond, 18, 2 West St., was issued a summons charging she attached false license plates to a vehicle on Mousam Street on Oct. 5.
• Evan T. Michaud, 34, 279 Harry Howes Road, was issued summonses for operating beyond conditions or restrictions, failing to notify authorities of a motor vehicle crash and violating conditions of release on Main Street on Oct. 5.
• Robert Martin, 68, 4 Red Pine Drive was issued a summons charging he violated a protective order Oct. 2 on Diamond Lane.
• Gregory Philip Cote, 25, 20 Errol St., was arrested on three warrants Oct. 2 at the intersection of Main and Gove streets Oct. 2.
• Dirk Thomas Jeising, 46, 7 Emery St. was arrested on a warrant Oct. 2 on Emery Street.
• Melissa L. McKennon, 32, 237 Sagamore Drive, Wells, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence on Ridley Road Oct. 2.
