CENTRAL SQUARE, N.Y. — Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to so many, Priscilla T. (Beaupre) Tkatch of Central Square, New York, passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017, at Hospice Atlanta in Georgia, from Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

Born Sept. 9, 1942, in Biddeford, Maine, she is predeceased by her parents, Paul and Jeanne (Corriveau) Beaupre, of Biddeford, Maine.

Priscilla, (also known as “PT” and “Pris”) grew up in Biddeford where she graduated from the St. Andre’s Parochial School. After high school, she worked in her father’s business, Beaupre Furniture & Appliance Co., where she met her future husband John Tkatch, who was attending St. Francis College. Priscilla married John on Nov. 13, 1965, and were happily married for 51 years. John and Priscilla owned and operated a clothing business for over 30 years until John retired. Priscilla began her second career at Chico’s, where she worked as Assistant Manager and Sales Associate.

Priscilla was always full of energy, laughter, and love. Her smile was both contagious and lit up the room. She had a tremendous sense of humor, was a hard worker, faithful to her church, and loved her family and friends dearly. She left an impact on everyone she met and will be missed dearly.

Priscilla is survived by her spouse, who is now living in Dunwoody, Georgia, with their daughter Chrissa, husband Gary, and grandson Jonathan Hammond; brothers Roger Beaupre and Michael Beaupre,,both of Biddeford, Maine; and several nieces and nephews
