
WATERBORO — On Friday, a man was arrested in Waterboro for operating under the influence while alleged driving with a suspended license.
At about 10 p.m. on July 5, York County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Cody Frazier stopped a speeding vehicle in Waterboro. The operator of the vehicle, Kyle Allman, 32, of Waterboro was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to a Sheriff’s Office press release.
“It was also determined that Allman had a suspended license and had been released on bail for a previous charge with conditions not to consume an intoxicant, according to the press release.
Frazier was charged with violating conditions of release, operating under the influence and operating after suspension. Allman is not eligible for bail due to the nature of the charges, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
He was arraigned on Monday via video arraignment.
