WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Oct. 18 and Oct. 22.
• Adonis McKenzie, 28, of Sanford was arrested for operating without a license following a traffic stop on Sanford Road on Oct. 18. McKenzie was later bailed and released from Wells Police custody. McKenzie was given a York District Court date of Jan. 16.
• Lucas McGowan, 26, of Medway, was arrested for violating conditions of release following a traffic stop on North Berwick Road on Oct. 21. McGowan was later bailed and released from Wells Police custody. He was given a York District Court date of Jan. 16.
• Nancy Smith, 58, of Berwick was arrested for operating under the influence and operating without a license (in violation of conditions/restrictions) following a traffic stop on Sanford Road on Oct. 22. Smith was unable to post the required bail amount and was transported to the York County Jail. Smith was given a York District Court date of Jan. 16.
• Toni McLaughlin, 35, of Wells was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear on Oct. 22. McLaughlin was unable to post the required bail amount and was transported to the York County Jail.
