SANFORD — Sanford Springvale Rotary Club hosts radio personality Ray Richardson, who will speak about his third and latest book “Every Stone Has A Story,” 5:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at Above and Beyond Catering at the Town Club, 6 Washington St. The book gives a glimpse into the organization Wreaths Across America and, organizers say, Richardson tells some of the amazing stories that give their mission meaning. Admission to this public event is $15, which includes appetizters.
