BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Nov. 28 to Dec. 3:
Alexandra C. Sessler, 22, of Kennebunkport was arrested for operating under the influence.
Teresa J. York, 56, of Portland, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident, attaching false license plates, operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release.
Kenneth W. Lacasse, 45, of Biddeford was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (fighting).
Jonathan B. Dowd, 26, of Waterboro was issued a summonds for criminal mischief, violating conditions of release and the sale/use of drug paraphenalia.
Johnny Dee Ramsey, 54 of Steep Falls was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license of more than 90 days.
Jason A. Wing, 34, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license and being in possession of a suspended driver’s license.
Michael P. Bolster, 42, of Waterboro was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Carol Ann Golden, 49, of Biddeford was issued a summons for criminal trespass and harassment.
Quincy B. Douglas, 26, of Scarborough was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with prior offenses, failure to give correct name/address/date of birth and violating conditions of release.
Theresa M. Rockwell, 20, of Saco was issued a summons for failing to give motor vehicle accident information.
Jessica A. Fortney, 23, of Biddeford was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
David R. Alexandre, 24, of Lebanon was arrested for violating conditions of release.
Timothy F. Driscoll, 35, of Biddeford was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening with prior offenses.
Brady Lane, 23, of Lewiston was issued a summons for operating a defective vehicle.
Jason W. Clark, 53, of Cumberland Foreside was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Stephen T. Carlton, 27, of Biddeford was arrested for violating conditions of release.
Michael A. Gonyer, 26, of Biddeford was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (fighting).
Abdalla K. Abdulaal, 19, of Biddeford was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (fighting) and violating conditions of release.
Stacie M. Macdonald, 40, of Saco was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
