OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from July 29 and Aug. 3, 2019:
• Shane Girard, 23, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Christopher Green, 26, of Taunton, Massachusetts was issued a summons for consuming marijuana in a public place.
• Samuel Couture, 28, of Beauceville, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for allowing unauthorized use of license or identification by another person.
• David Albert, 33, of Rimouski, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Emil Karimov, 23, of Toronto, Ontario, Canada was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
• Robert Wright, 24, of Norwood, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.
• Maxwell Warden, 18, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.
• Robert Lascola, 32, of Germantown, Tennesee, was issued a summons and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Gage Parsons, 23, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested on a warrant.
• Bridgette Neal, 57, of Greenville, South Carolina, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
• Jerome Mercier, 35, of Saint Gedeon De Beuce, Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
• Gabriel Tucci, 18, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana by a person under 21.
• Michael Cohen, 21, of Biddeford was issued a summons for criminal speeding 30 or more miles an hour over the speeding ticket.
• Daniel Dufresne, 46, of Sherbooke, Quebec, Canada was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
• Shawn Stevens, 42, of Exkasoni, Nova Scotia, Canada was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
• Andrew Tracy, 32, of Buxton, was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
• William Jenne, 56, of Womppslo, Vermont was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Benjamin Hess, 44, of Manchester, New Hampshire was arrested on a warrant and also charged with drinking in public.
•Oscar Ekman, 21, of Evanston, Illinois was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Richard Servido, 21, of Lewiston, was issued a summons for indecent conduct and burglary or a motor vehicle.
• Howard Rutherford, 36, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• James MacArthur, 26, of Canaan, was issued a summons and charged with cruelty to animals.
• Jonathan Smith, 19, of Sanford was issued a summons and charged with minor consuming liquor.
• Sidney Sweet, 19, of Williamstown, Vermont was issued a summons and charged with minor consuming liquor.
• Derrick Ruel, 19, of Williamstown, Vermont was issued a summons and charged with minor consuming alcohol.
• Andrew Blackstone, 20, of Monmoth, was issued a summons and charged with minor consuming alcohol.
• Paul Greenier, 22, of Augusta, was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.
The Journal Tribune publishes police logs derived upon information sent to the newspaper by law enforcement agencies. Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
