Incumbent Westbrook Mayor Colleen Hilton has beaten challenger Bruce Chuluda by more than 300 votes, with results in from all of the city’s five wards, as well as absentee ballots.

The voting machine at Ward 1 was reset and all of its ballots had to be fed into the counting machine after the polls closed, delaying results from that ward.

Hilton lives in Ward 1.
