ROCKPORT – James Annis scored early in the third period Wednesday night to lift Camden Hills to a 1-1 tie against Greely in a schoolboy hockey game.

Annis put a move on Greely goalie Kyle Kramlich and scored 3:46 into the third.

Joe Saffian scored in the first period for the Rangers (9-3-2) on a 25-footer when the goalie for the Windjammers (7-6-1) was caught out of his net.

Kramlich made 19 saves for Greely. Aaron Daniello stopped 34 shots for Camden Hills.

GORHAM 8, BONNY EAGLE 3: Shawn Sullivan had two goals and two assists, and Blake Babineau added two goals and an assist as the Rams (8-6) downed the Scots (6-9) at Gorham.

Ryan Koenig, Drew Hopkins and Casey Viel also scored for Gorham, which opened a 6-1 lead with a five-goal second period.

Nic Bishop, Shayne Plummer and Jason Harmon had power-play goals for Bonny Eagle.

MESSALONSKEE 3, ORONO 2: Messalonskee (13-2) scored a pair of goals in the third period to erase a 2-1 deficit and defeat the Red Riots (5-7-1) at Winslow.

BOYS’ BASKETBALL

WAYNFLETE 100, PINE TREE ACADEMY 28: Abshir Horor scored 27 points and Mohammed Suja chipped in 22 as the Flyers (13-3) handled the Breakers (3-14) at Freeport.

Harry Baker-Connick had 15 points and Jack Cutler added 11.

Waynflete led 29-3 after one quarter and 53-6 at halftime.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

FREEPORT 50, POLAND 22: Leigh Wyman scored 23 points, including seven 3-pointers, and the Falcons (8-9) built a 20-6 lead in the first quarter against the Knights (5-12) at Freeport.

Wyman made five 3-pointers in the first quarter for Freeport.

Wyman also finished with six rebounds, three assists and five steals. Alexandra Mitch added nine points, Vanessa Lee collected seven rebounds and Audrey Pennell had six rebounds and six assists.

PREP GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

KENTS HLL 59, HEBRON ACADEMY 32: Emma Curnin had 18 points and 10 rebounds, and Heather Larrabee added 16 points and 10 rebounds at Hebron as the Huskies (6-6) beat the Lumberjacks (1-15) and won the state prep school title with a 4-0 record. Kents Hill led 30-18 at halftime.

KIMBALL UNION 67, BERWICK ACADEMY 50: Fiekah Fataar scored 18 points and Gabby Diaz added 16 points to lead Kimball Union (17-3) over Berwick Academy (9-8) at Meridan, N.H.

BERWICK ACADEMY 2, HEBRON ACADEMY 2: Leigh Chilton scored with 6:18 left in the third period to give Berwick Academy a tie.

PREP BOYS’ BASKETBALL

BERWICK ACADEMY 82, HEBRON ACADEMY 68: Harry Rafferty finished with 49 points, including six 3-pointers, and Logan Bement added 11 points to lead the Bulldogs (12-8) past Hebron Academy (7-6) at South Berwick.

PREP BOYS’ HOCKEY

BERWICK ACADEMY 4, HEBRON ACADEMY 3: Lucas Michaud’s second goal of the game came with 44 seconds to play and lifted Berwick Academy at Hebron.
