FALMOUTH – Matt Packard’s spinning layup with two seconds left in double overtime gave unbeaten Falmouth a 53-51 win over Greely in a Western Maine Conference boys’ basketball game Saturday night.
Falmouth’s Alex Cattell, who finished with 17 points, tied it at the end of regulation by making 2 of 3 free throws after being fouled on a 3-pointer.
Packard and Grant Burfiend each finished with 11 points for the Yachtsmen (10-0).
Bailey Train had 28 points, including seven 3-pointers, for Greely (6-5). Liam Maker scored 13 points and Michael McDevitt added 10.
THORNTON ACADEMY 44, WINDHAM 41: Justin Pollard sank six 3-pointers to lead the Trojans (7-3) past the Eagles (3-7) at Windham.
Pollard finished with 18 points for the Trojans, who used a 16-0 run in the first half to take a 21-17 lead.
Kevin Weisser scored 16 points for Windham, which nearly erased a 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter.
CAPE ELIZABETH 40, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 37: The Capers (7-4) took a 36-35 lead on Chris Robicheaw’s 3-pointer and held off the Raiders (1-9) at Fryeburg.
Robicheaw finished with 14 points and Henry Babcock had 10.
Walker Mallory led Fryeburg with 13.
YORK 75, POLAND 48: Aaron Todd scored 18 points and Kyle Robinson added 16 as the Wildcats (8-2) dominated the Knights (6-5) in York.
Logan Nichols led Poland with 21 points. Ricky Bryant scored 17.
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 51, NYA 30: Austin Keenan scored 11 of his 18 points in the first half as the Patriots (2-7) took a 35-11 lead against the Panthers (2-7) at Gray.
Asad Dahia scored 17 points for North Yarmouth Academy.
WELLS 60, TRAIP ACADEMY 45: Zach Deshaies had 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Warriors (7-3) to a win over the Rangers (3-6) at Kittery.
Jake Moody and Dylan Stevens complemented Deshaies with 14 points each. Matt Clifford scored 22 for Traip, and Atencio Martin had 10.
LAKE REGION 63, FREEPORT 55: Ben Chaine drained a pair of 3-pointers and Erik Christensen and Sam Smith sank three baskets each as the Lakers (3-7) outscored the Falcons 20-12 in the third quarter to control at Freeport.
Michael Triglione led the Lakers with 18 points. Smith scored 13, Christensen 12 and Chaine 10.
Chandler Birmingham scored 22 points for Freeport (1-9). Josh Weirich added 10.
MEDOMAK VALLEY 68, NOKOMIS 46: Alex Greenrose had 18 points, including five 3-pointers, as the Panthers (8-2) handled the Warriors (7-3) at Waldoboro.
LINCOLN ACADEMY 79, MARANACOOK 52: Jalen Lincoln scored a career-high 30 points to lead the Eagles (5-6) past the Black Bears (4-6) at Newcastle.

SCARBOROUGH 5, EDWARD LITTLE 4: Bradley Rockey scored from Sean McGovern with 5:27 remaining to lift the Red Storm (8-1-1) over the Red Eddies (4-4-1) at Saco.
The Red Storm fired 18 shots in the third period as they erased a 4-2 deficit. Jack Rousselle made it 4-3 just 18 seconds into the period, and Cam Loiselle tied it on a power play with 7:22 left.
Loiselle had two goals and an assist. Cam Brochu also scored for Scarborough.
KENNEBUNK 13, MASSABESIC/OOB 4: Kennebunk (6-2) scored eight goals in the third period to pull away from the Mustangs (2-6) in Saco.
Harrison Hall, Charlie Merry, Jack Kennedy and Peter Gotlieb scored two goals apiece for the Rams.
GREELY 4, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Drew Hackett had a goal and an assist as the Rangers (6-0-1) shut out the Capers (4-2-2) in Falmouth.
FALMOUTH 9, SOUTH PORTLAND 1: Mitch Tapley scored two goals and set up another as the Yachtsmen (5-2) downed the Red Riots (3-6) at Portland Ice Arena.
FRYEBURG/LAKE REGION 3, NOBLE/WELLS 1: The Ice Cats (4-3) took a 2-0 lead on second-period goals by Donnie Eaton and Don Kellough and held off the Knights (0-8) at Rochester, N.H.
GORHAM 5, WESTBROOK 0: Spence Cowand had a goal and two assists, and Justin Broy made 14 saves as the Rams (4-4) blanked the visiting Blue Blazes (2-6).
YORK 11, LEAVITT 0: Jared Clauson and Adan Audette each scored three goals for the Wildcats (4-4) against the Hornets (4-5) at Dover, N.H.
WINDHAM/SACOPEE VALLEY 2, BONNY EAGLE 1: Owen Phillips’ goal 11:26 into the third period gave the Eagles (1-9) a win over the Scots (3-5) in Gorham.
