The Bonny Eagle boys lacrosse team improved its record to 6-5 with a 9-7 win at Marshwood on Tuesday, May 29. The Scots got goals from Cody Spencer, Justin Cary, Brett Dostie, and Kayle Hamilton and goalie Marco Stefano had a strong game in net to neutralize the Hawks’ attack.

Bonny Eagle was ranked sixth in the latest West A Heal Point standings with the final standings being released on Monday, June 4. The regional quarterfinals are scheduled for Wednesday, June 6.

The Bonny Eagle girls finished their season at 7-5 following Tuesday’s 11-4 loss to Kennebunk. The Scots are currently ranked No. 5 in the West A Heal Point standings and they’ll begin quarterfinal play in the regional tournament on Wednesday, June 5.

Windham completes first varsity season

The Windham girls lacrosse team finished their regular season on Tuesday with a 16-7 loss at Westbrook. Kelsey Cummings led the way with three goals.

The Eagles complete their first-ever varsity season with an 0-12 mark, but they gained valuable playing experience as they look to improve their program in the coming years.
