The seminar on child obesity originally scheduled for Jan. 26 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb. 16, at the band room in Wentworth Intermediate School at 7 p.m.

The event was postponed because of bad weather. It will feature doctors Lisa Letourneau and Stephen Kirsch, both of whom practice and live in Scarborough. They will talk about how to recognize habits and risk factors that can lead to children becoming overweight.

The event is free.
