The Naples Public Library is currently hosting a Scholastic Book Fair! The fair is open during regular library hours and is an important fundraiser for the children’s library. Families, teachers and the community are invited to attend the fair, which will be open until Aug. 4.
The book fair will offer specially priced books and educational products, including new releases, award-winning titles, children’s classics, interactive software, adult books, and current bestsellers from more than 150 publishers.
This is a great opportunity to pick up some late summer reading or to stock up for the start of school. Every purchase made at the fair directly benefits the children’s department at Naples Public Library.
The library is also excited to announce that Maine magician Dennis Labbe will return to the library for another amazing performance on Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. Labbe performed for a nearly packed house here last year and everyone was amazed by his magical skills. This year’s performance is sure to be a summer highlight!
The show is free and special reserved seating will be offered to children who participated in the library’s annual Summer Reading Program.
