Troy M. Hewitt, 30, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, prior in Scarborough on Jan. 15 and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Department of Corrections for nine months, one day. A charge of attaching false plates was dismissed.
Johl Dustin Hitchcock, 28, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on Feb. 4, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 6 months. Was found guilty on one charge of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and three charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three years, all but six months suspended and given probation of two years.
Patricia Hopkins, 53, of Portland had charges of violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Dec. 2, both dismissed.
Victoria J. Horton, 21, of Scarborough was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Scarborough on Sept 25, 2004, and was sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years, all but nine months suspended and given probation of two years.
Amber L. Howe, 21, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – no test, one prior – in South Portland on Dec. 29, 2006, and was fined $900 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.
Farahmand Igni, 40, of South Portland had a charge of violating protective order in Falmouth on April 30 dismissed.
Anthony J. Jarry, 22, of Old Orchard Beach was found guilty on a charge of violating protective order in Scarborough on Sept. 12, 2005, and was fined $200.
Joshua J. Kelly, 25, of Limerick was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in Scarborough on Dec. 19, 2006, and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days and had license suspended for 30 days.
Paul E. King, 66, of Stowe, Vt., was found guilty on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation in South Portland on Feb. 12 and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. He was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release.
Kevin Knights, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of reckless conduct in Cape Elizabeth on Feb. 25 and was fined $1,000. A charge of operating under the influence was dismissed.
