Christian Brocard, 23, Ryder Road, Yarmouth, was issued a summons at Gullcrest Field for attaching false plates and unlawfully furnishing scheduled drugs.

Fire and Rescue

From Jan. 10 to Jan. 15, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue Squad transported three patients to Maine Medical Center and three patients to Mercy Hospital.

On Jan. 10 at about 8 p.m., the fire department responded to a vehicle leaking gas on Ocean House Road, and on Jan. 14 at 10 a.m., to an activated fire alarm.

Take a trike

On Jan. 10 at about 9 a.m., an officer met with a resident of the Two Lights Road area, who had reported damages to children’s tricycles, as well as missing firewood.

Credit-card scam

On Jan. 12 at 9 a.m., a Shore Road resident reported a call from a subject claiming to be a representative from Visa and calling to verify overseas transactions made on the card. The caller asked the resident to verify his ID by providing his name, date of birth and Social Security number. When the resident refused to provide the number, the caller hung up. The resident obtained the number of the caller by dialing star-69. An officer called back and left a message. The subject returned the call, but hung up upon learning that he had called a police station. The resident plans to be in touch with Visa.
