The Westbrook American reported in its issue of Jan. 31, 1962, that Austin Alden, who had just retired as president of Gorham Kiwanis Club, had completed 22 years of perfect attendance at meetings, as had Elwood Neal. Ralph Newell had perfect attendance for 13 years and Dr. Robert Love, 12.
