Volunteers are needed for the Blue Rock Industries MS 150 Bike Tour Aug. 6 and 7, at St. Joseph’s College in Standish.

As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to make new friends while having fun in the sun in the Sebago Lake region.

Registration, starting line set-up, traffic control flaggers and many more volunteer opportunities are available. People can volunteer time and energy for a morning, an afternoon, one day or both days. Overnight accommodations are available for volunteers in the dormitory or at a camp site.

Volunteering can be hard work, but there will be plenty of time for fun. Food is provided all weekend, including a kick-off volunteer dinner on Friday night. There’s a pool party Saturday afternoon, special entertainment Saturday night, featuring Maine humorist, Gary Crocker, and a barbecue and lobster bake Sunday afternoon!
