Aug. 22 Summonses: Deborah Dluhy, 66, Belmont, Mass., was issued a summons on Two Lights Road for operating under the influence. LAST WEEK WE LISTED HER AS ARRESTED, SAME DAY, SAME OFFENSE

Stolen air
On Aug. 18, a contractor in the Cross Hill Road area reported the theft of a blue Emglo, wheelbarrow-style, duel-tank compressor valued at $600.
Unwelcome guest
On Aug. 21, at about 1:40 p.m., a Shore Road area resident reported an attempted burglary. The resident was in the shower and heard crashing in the house. Upon examination, a screen door was off its track and a coffee can overturned. A suspect has been identified and the case is under further investigation.
Mailbox mayhem
On Aug. 21, at about 11:15 p.m., a resident of Mitchell Road reported hearing kids in the street smashing mailboxes. Several mailboxes and other property were found damaged.
Missing putter
On Aug. 23, a resident of Mitchell Road area reported a theft at Purpoodock Club. A putter valued at $450 and sunglasses valued at $130 were missing.
Picnic fire
On Aug. 25, at about 8 a.m., the public works department reported empty beer cans and broken bottles scattered around the picnic shelter at Fort Williams. The picnic table was broken and used for firewood.
Stolen stairs
On Aug. 25, at about 1:50 p.m., a contractor at a building site in the Two Lights Road area reported that bundles of balusters valued at $300 were stolen from outside the building. From inside, 18 oak stair-treads valued at $360 and an Anderson door valued at $1,800 were also missing.
Camera found
On Aug. 27, at about 4:15 p.m., a ranger turned in several items that had been found at Fort Williams Park. The items were a Nikon 35 mm camera, a small black umbrella and a black and tan jackknife.
Arrests
Aug. 26
Stephen Joseph St. John, 20, 3 Canter Lane, was arrested at the intersection of Route 77 and Canter Lane on charges of operating under the influence.
Summonses
Aug. 22
Elizabeth Barron, 21, 165 Margaret St., South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 for possession of marijuana.
Rhyne Clapp, 31, 111 Margaret St., South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 for operating after suspension.
Bryan Holden, 20, 33 Park Circle, was issued a summons on Route 77 for failing to produce proof of insurance.
Deborah Dluhy, 66, Belmont, Mass., was issued a summons on Two Lights Road for operating under the influence.
Aug. 25
Phyllis Wagstagg, 62, North Conway, N.H., was issued a summons on Bowery Beach Road for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Aug. 26
Stephen Joseph St. John, 20, 3 Canter Lane, was issued a summons on Route 77 for operating under the influence.
Kathy Blanchard, 31, 46 Webb Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Rocky Point Lane for operating after suspension.
Fire and Rescue
The Cape Rescue Squad responded to seven calls between Aug. 22 and Aug. 27. Five patients were transported to Maine Medical Center and two required no transport.
The Cape Fire Department responded to an activated fire alarm on Wells Road at 9:18 a.m. on Aug. 24,; a mutual-aid call in Portland at 1:57 p.m. and extinguished a flaming tarp on Scott Dyer Road at 7:08 p.m. on Aug. 24.
