Italian buffet dinner – Saturday, April 28, 5 p.m., Living Waters Church, 197 Parker Farm Road (intersection routes 112 and 22), Buxton. Italian- themed buffet dinner including haddock, spaghetti, and chop suey. Suggested donation $8, $4.

Bean supper – Saturday, April 28, 4:45-6 p.m., Highland lake Congregational Church, 1303 Bridgton Road (Route 302), Westbrook. Beans, ham, hot dogs, potato salad, cole slaw, biscuits, pies and beverage. $8, $3.

Public supper – Saturday, May 5, 5-6 p.m., West Gorham Union Church, Route 25 (three miles west of Gorham Village), Gorham. Three kinds of beans, hot dogs, chicken pie, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, delicious homemade pies, coffee and punch. Ticket sales begin at 4 p.m. $7, $3.

Spring fling dinner – ?Saturday, May 5, 6 p.m., Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church, 810 Main St., Westbrook. Choice of chicken supreme or baked stuffed haddock, rice pilaf, vegetable, rolls, coffee and dessert. Entertainment, Forever Young at Heartm songs old and new. $12.
