SOUTH PORTLAND – On Friday, Sept. 12, 5-9 p.m., the South Portland Police Department is holding a Tip-A-Cop event at the Applebee’s restaurant, located at 200 Running Hill Road.

Police officers will be helping wait staff serve meals and all donated tips will benefit Special Olympics of Maine. Bring the whole family and come out for a great meal and great service.
