Windham Historical Society
Windham Historical Society has several file drawers filled with genealogy information for most of Windham’s old families, but would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has done research or has information they would share on their family. In particular, there have been many inquiries about the Field family (Jacob and Cyrus) and Stuart (or Stewart). We are also looking for information on an Alvah Brown who married Mamie Jeffords in the early 1900s in South Windham. Contact Kay Soldier at 892-5381 (between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.) or email her at kso48@aol.com if you have done any genealogy which you would share with the historical society.
